Thank you for choosing Creatividad Plus, operated by Now Software Development S.A., a company registered in El Salvador.
We are committed to delivering our technology products and services according to the specifications, conditions, and delivery timeframes agreed upon at the time of purchase.
This Returns and Refunds Policy explains the circumstances under which customers may request cancellations, refunds, or payment reversals, the information required to review their requests, and the procedures followed by Creativity Plus.
Creativity Plus evaluates refund requests based on the nature of the purchased service, the agreed terms, the circumstances of the claim, and applicable legal requirements.
Customers may submit service-related refund requests within 30 calendar days of the agreed delivery date, actual delivery date, or the date on which a reported service issue becomes reasonably identifiable, as applicable.
Under this additional commercial review policy, refund requests should identify a specific issue with the purchased service, such as non-delivery, material delays, incomplete delivery, failure to meet agreed specifications, or unresolved technical problems.
General dissatisfaction, changes in business requirements, or a change of mind do not automatically establish eligibility for a refund under this commercial policy.
Each request will be reviewed individually. Refunds granted under the Company’s additional commercial policy require internal review and authorization.
This review process does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal, payment reversal, or other remedy available under applicable law.
Customers may request a refund when one or more of the following circumstances occur:
The purchased service was not provided despite payment confirmation and fulfillment of the customer’s applicable obligations.
The service was not activated or delivered within the timeframe expressly agreed upon at the time of purchase, without a valid reason attributable to the customer or another circumstance addressed in the accepted agreement.
The delivered service is missing essential features, configurations, resources, or deliverables expressly included in the accepted order.
The delivered service materially differs from the technical specifications, functionalities, or conditions established in the accepted purchase.
The service experiences a significant technical problem that materially affects its intended use, and Creativity Plus is unable to provide an appropriate resolution within a reasonable period after receiving notice.
These circumstances are evaluated according to the applicable service conditions, available evidence, and legal requirements.
Customers requesting a refund under the Company’s commercial review policy should provide a clear description of the reported issue and any supporting information reasonably available to them.
Supporting documentation may include:
Creativity Plus will evaluate this information together with its own payment confirmations, activation logs, delivery records, technical records, and support correspondence, as applicable.
The Company may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the reported issue.
Customers will not be required to provide information exclusively held by Creativity Plus or evidence they cannot reasonably access.
Statutory withdrawal or payment reversal requests will be handled according to the applicable legal requirements and will not be rejected solely because the customer cannot demonstrate a technical failure.
Upon receiving a refund request, Creativity Plus will review the reported circumstances and determine whether the service has been delivered according to the accepted purchase conditions.
Where appropriate, the Company may propose:
For refunds offered under the Company’s additional commercial policy, the proposed resolution will be subject to internal evaluation and authorization.
Creativity Plus may offer a reasonable opportunity to correct a reported issue. However, corrective measures will not be imposed in a manner that delays, replaces, or restricts a refund or payment reversal required by applicable law.
Refund requests concerning services that have already been activated, provisioned, configured, or delivered will be evaluated according to the applicable purchase conditions.
These services may include:
A refund may be considered when a material service failure is identified and an appropriate resolution cannot be provided.
For additional commercial refunds, the amount eligible for reimbursement may depend on the extent of the verified issue, the service period used, resources allocated, and applicable conditions disclosed before purchase.
Service activation or delivery does not eliminate any statutory right or remedy.
Customized technology solutions, technical assessments, consulting, software configuration, implementation, and other individually agreed services are governed by their accepted quotations or service agreements.
Customers may request a refund under the commercial policy when a material failure to meet the agreed scope, specifications, or deliverables is reasonably established.
Where work has already been performed, the Company may consider completed deliverables, services provided, and costs disclosed and accepted before purchase when evaluating a discretionary commercial refund.
Changes in customer preferences, project objectives, or business requirements do not automatically constitute a service failure.
This section does not exclude or limit any refund, withdrawal, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Where recurring billing or automatic renewal is expressly included in a purchased service, customers may request cancellation according to the applicable service conditions.
Cancellation will take effect in accordance with the disclosed terms and any mandatory legal requirements.
A request to cancel a recurring service does not automatically establish entitlement to a refund for services already provided, except where required by law or the accepted purchase conditions.
Multiple independent purchases, including orders placed by authorized resellers, are not automatically considered recurring subscriptions.
Any mandatory rights concerning cancellation of continuous services will remain applicable.
In addition to the Company’s commercial refund review policy, eligible consumers may exercise the rights established under the Salvadoran Consumer Protection Law, including Articles 13-A and 13-D, where applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may exercise a statutory right of withdrawal in qualifying circumstances, including certain distance contracts, subject to the conditions and time limits established by applicable law.
Where this right applies, the consumer is not required to demonstrate a service failure or provide a reason beyond the requirements established by law.
Payment Reversal
Where applicable, statutory payment reversal rights include circumstances in which:
Under Article 13-D, a claim concerning a service that does not correspond to the contract or is defective is subject to the statutory period of eight days following service provision for that specific ground.
Consumers must be able to submit statutory payment reversal requests through a written channel that provides a record of the claim.
Where a payment reversal is legally required under Article 13-D, Creativity Plus will process the reversal within 15 days from the date the consumer submits the written claim, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Statutory remedies are not subject to discretionary Company approval.
The Company’s additional 30-day commercial review period does not shorten, replace, or restrict any mandatory statutory period or consumer right.
Customers may submit refund, cancellation, or payment reversal requests by contacting:
Requests should include, where reasonably available:
Creativity Plus will record the request and provide an acknowledgment or reference number.
The Company may contact the customer to obtain information reasonably necessary to investigate a commercial service complaint.
Requests involving statutory rights will be handled within the applicable legal requirements and deadlines.
For additional commercial refunds, Creativity Plus will evaluate the reported circumstances and determine whether a full refund, partial refund, correction, or other appropriate resolution should be authorized.
When a commercial refund is approved, the Company will communicate the decision and applicable reimbursement amount.
Where a refund or payment reversal is required by law, Creativity Plus will process it according to the applicable statutory requirements without making it conditional on discretionary internal approval.
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.
Where another reimbursement method is legally required or agreed upon, the Company will communicate the applicable procedure.
Banking and payment-provider processing times may vary, but third-party processing arrangements will not be used to extend deadlines that are legally binding on Creativity Plus.
Customers who identify duplicate charges, incorrect billing amounts, payment-processing errors, or potentially unauthorized transactions should contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Creativity Plus will review the available transaction records and communicate the appropriate next steps.
Where an error qualifies for statutory payment reversal, the applicable legal requirements and deadlines will govern.
Unauthorized card transactions or suspected fraud may also be subject to the applicable payment-card legislation and procedures.
Nothing in this policy restricts customers from contacting their payment provider, card issuer, or competent consumer protection authority.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the accepted purchase conditions, the following circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund under the Company’s additional commercial policy:
These exclusions do not apply where Creativity Plus has failed to meet its contractual obligations or where the customer has a statutory right to withdrawal, reversal, or another remedy.
This revised policy takes effect on October 21, 2026, upon its approval and publication by Creativity Plus.
It applies to purchases made on or after its effective date.
Purchases completed before this date remain subject to the applicable terms and refund commitments communicated and accepted at the time of purchase, together with any mandatory legal rights.
Creativity Plus may update this policy prospectively. Any changes will be published on the Website with the applicable revision date.
This policy is governed by the applicable laws of El Salvador, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights that apply to a particular customer or transaction.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where an accepted quotation, agreement, or applicable legal requirement provides more favorable refund conditions, those conditions will apply to the relevant purchase.
