                          Prohibited activities include unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious software, fraudulent activity, unlawful communications, attacks against networks or systems, and activities that threaten service availability or security.<\/p>\n

                          Customers are responsible for the content, applications, software, and data they upload, store, or process through their purchased services.<\/p>\n

                          Customers must maintain appropriate security practices for credentials, applications, and systems under their control.<\/p>\n

                          Backup and recovery services are included only when expressly identified in the purchased plan or agreement.<\/p>\n

                          Where backups are provided, their frequency, retention, restoration procedures, and limitations are governed by the applicable service conditions.<\/p>\n

                          Creativity Plus may suspend or restrict services when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, material violations, security threats, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law and relevant contractual obligations.<\/p>\n

                            Where reasonably practicable, customers will be informed of planned maintenance that may materially affect their services.<\/p>\n

                            1. Reseller Program<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              Creativity Plus may authorize eligible businesses or individuals to participate in its Reseller Program.<\/p>\n

                              Reseller participation may be subject to registration, verification, approval, and acceptance of applicable commercial conditions.<\/p>\n

                              Authorized resellers may purchase services for their own customers, subject to the applicable reseller agreement and service conditions.<\/p>\n

                              Multiple purchases may be processed as independent orders, including purchases made using the same authorized payment method.<\/p>\n

                              Reseller discounts, volume pricing, commissions, and other commercial benefits apply only when expressly established in an authorized written agreement or applicable offer.<\/p>\n

                              Resellers may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or legal representatives of Creativity Plus without express written authorization.<\/p>\n

                              Reseller participation does not authorize a third party to process payments on behalf of Creativity Plus or represent itself as the Company’s payment processor.<\/p>\n

                              The Company may suspend or terminate reseller authorization in accordance with the applicable agreement and relevant legal requirements.<\/p>\n

                              1. Cancellations, Refunds, and Payment Disputes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                Creativity Plus is committed to delivering its products and services according to the specifications, conditions, and delivery timeframes agreed upon at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

                                Customers may submit service-related refund requests under the Company’s additional 30-calendar-day commercial review policy when an identifiable issue has occurred, including non-delivery, material delivery delays, incomplete service delivery, failure to meet agreed specifications, or significant unresolved technical issues.<\/p>\n

                                Customers should provide a description of the reported issue and any reasonably available supporting documentation. Creativity Plus will review the request together with its own order, delivery, activation, and support records.<\/p>\n

                                Refunds granted under the Company’s additional commercial policy are subject to internal review and authorization. Depending on the circumstances, Creativity Plus may offer a correction, completion of delivery, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.<\/p>\n

                                General dissatisfaction or changes in customer preferences do not automatically establish eligibility for a refund under this additional commercial policy.<\/p>\n

                                Statutory Consumer Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n

                                Where applicable, consumers may exercise rights of withdrawal, payment reversal, cancellation, or other remedies established under the Salvadoran Consumer Protection Law, including Articles 13-A and 13-D.<\/p>\n

                                Statutory rights may apply to qualifying distance contracts, services not provided, services that do not conform to the agreement or are defective, and certain payment-processing errors.<\/p>\n

                                Where Article 13-D applies, the statutory period for requesting reversal due to a service that does not conform to the contract or is defective is eight days following service provision. Legally required payment reversals will be processed within 15 days from submission of the written claim, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n

                                Statutory refunds and payment reversals are not subject to discretionary Company approval.<\/p>\n
